Parsons Best Nail & Spa Inc Reviews

Krystal and Janet are the perfect duo! 💅✨ They always do an amazing job on my nails, and after coming here for a few years, I still leave happy every single time! They know exactly how to pick colors that complement my skin tone and designs that match my personal style. You can show them any inspiration photo or simply tell them your preferences, and they’ll nail it every time! This visit, I was feeling a mix of solid colors and ombré, and the results were absolutely gorgeous. Never disappoints! Highly recommend them! 💖 They also do threading and waxing! Perfect glam day!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went heee to get a gel manicure for my wedding . Everything looked fine until I came back two weeks later to take my nails off. It took about 2.5 months for my nails to grow out and they’re still in process of looking normal. The day I came back from removing the gel nails from parsons my nail beds were so painful, red . This persisted for about a month during any type of activity while using my hands. Very upset with this Place and they made sure there was a good tip charge included for basically not completely the job correctly.

Been coming to this salon since they opened and they always do a beautiful job. The staff is always helpful and respectful and never rush througha job. Had my nails done by multiples of the ladies there and always walk out satisfied. I've taken my husband and daughter and always got a welcoming vibe from everyone. Always have a great selection of polish. I really can't say anything bad about this place.

I waited a bit before writing this review because my nails usually don’t last very long, but this time they lasted almost three weeks! None of them chipped or broke, which never happens for me! I don’t usually like traveling far to get my nails done, but this place is seriously worth it. I finally came back for another set and they did not disappoint. The vibe in the salon is so cozy and welcoming — everyone there is friendly, and the decor makes it feel really relaxing. Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back! Totally worth the trip. 💅✨

I don’t say this lightly—this is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with warm smiles, calming ambiance, and that fresh, clean scent that lets you know they take hygiene seriously. The entire space is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to help you relax and unwind. The staff? Absolutely incredible. Every nail tech is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely passionate about their work. Whether you’re getting a classic manicure, a full set of acrylics, or intricate nail art, they listen to what you want and execute it flawlessly. I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked—every appointment feels like a luxury experience. They even have massage chairs for your leisure! They use top-quality products, have a wide selection of colors and styles, and somehow manage to stay ahead of the trends while still nailing the classics (pun intended). Plus, the hand and foot massages? Heavenly. I always leave with my nails looking perfect, feeling pampered, and already counting down to my next visit. If you’re looking for your go-to nail spot, stop searching. This is it. ✨ 10/10 recommend. Treat yourself—you deserve it. ✨
